Request a quote with your Selection01What should I send to receive a useful quotation?
Send the JANEPU model numbers or marked reference images, quantity for each model, required dimensions or configuration, upholstery direction, destination and requested trade term. A consolidated list lets us identify missing specifications before pricing.
02Is there one fixed MOQ for every sofa?
We do not publish one MOQ for every model. The practical quantity depends on the model, material, packing and whether several products form one coordinated order. Send the full assortment and quantity plan so each line can be reviewed during quotation.
03Can size, fabric, colour or chaise orientation be changed?
Supported changes are reviewed against the current model. Dimensions, upholstery, colour, module sequence and left or right orientation must be recorded in the approved drawing or specification. A change that affects the frame or module system may require development.
04Can you develop a sofa from a reference image or drawing?
Yes, when the requested series is not in the current library we can assess a new development. The image is a starting point; dimensions, structure, material direction, quantity and target cost are needed before the sampling route can be confirmed.
05How long does production usually take?
Standard orders are typically completed within one month after the model, specification and order are confirmed. A new development needs additional time for sampling and approval. The working schedule is confirmed for each order rather than treated as a fixed guarantee.
06Can JANEPU arrange shipping and export?
JANEPU does not require a designated freight forwarder. We can coordinate packing and export handover with the buyer's trading company or forwarder, and can help contact a forwarding partner when needed. Route, documents and delivery scope are confirmed for each shipment.
07Where can I review models or arrange a factory visit?
Use Furniture Collections to compare current models and save a Selection. For an in-person visit, contact the team in advance to arrange the Longjiang, Foshan factory and showroom schedule and share the product directions you want to review.
