Buyer FAQ
Questions buyers ask before an order.
These answers use only what JANEPU already states publicly. Where a number is not published — quantity, sample charge, payment, warranty length, freight or duty — the answer says so. Ask us for the current figure with your quotation.

01What is the MOQ?
JANEPU does not publish one MOQ for every model. The quantity that works depends on the model, the material, the packing and whether several products are ordered together. Contact us with the assortment and quantities you have in mind, and we will confirm what is practical for that order.
02Can I order a sample?
A sample is used when a fabric, a finish or a new development needs to be checked before production. Whether a sample is required, and how it is charged, is confirmed with the quotation. Contact us for the current sample arrangement. Do not assume a sample charge is credited to a later order unless the quotation says so.
03How does payment work?
Payment terms are set on the quotation for each order. This site does not publish one deposit, balance or currency rule for every buyer. Ask us, and the current terms will be stated with the price.
04What warranty do you offer?
JANEPU does not publish a fixed warranty period on this site. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved sample, contact us with the model number, the order reference and photographs. What happens next is agreed against that order’s specification.
05Can you ship to the United States or Canada?
JANEPU packs orders for export and can hand them to your forwarder, or help you contact a forwarding partner. You are not required to use one named forwarder. Production and freight are quoted separately. We do not publish landed costs or duty rates for the United States or Canada. Those charges depend on the product classification, the trade term and the rules in force when the goods ship. Tell us the handover you want — the factory, a port, or a destination — so the quotation keeps production and transport apart. A long-standing partner showroom in Toronto is one example of repeat supply to Canada. It does not set freight rates.
06What is the lead time?
After the model, the specification and the order are confirmed, a standard order is typically finished within one month. That is a usual production window, not a promise for every model. A new development needs extra time for a sample and for the specification to be approved. Time on the water or in the air is separate and depends on the route.
07Can an individual customer order, or only dealers?
Individual customers can enquire, as can dealers and project buyers. The showroom and factory share one address in Longjiang, Foshan, and you can book a visit. A single piece can be discussed. The practical quantity is confirmed with the quotation, because no single MOQ is published.
08Where is the showroom, and how do I book a visit?
The showroom and factory share one address: Building A, No. 12 Sanlian Road, Wanggang Village, Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong 528318. Individual customers, dealers and project buyers can request a visit on the visit page. Send a preferred date, how many people are coming, and the products you want to see. Sales confirms the appointment before you travel. The showroom is open by appointment only.
09What is the WhatsApp number?
